Liberation Communication

An immersive workshop to master the art of mature communication

April 12 from 9am - 1pm

Charlotte, NC

Laughing Yoga
Sitting on a Van

Overview

This workshop is open to anyone who is ready to master the skills that lead to deep human connection. The meaning of the word yoga is union, or connectedness, which is derived from the Sanskrit word yuj, which means 'to yoke.'  You will learn how the Yamas and Niyamas, the moral disciplines of the yoga practice, can act as a guide for how you communicate with yourself and the world around you.   You will also learn about the pitfalls that keep people stuck in ongoing conflict and the essential habits that lead to strong, healthy relationships. This is your opportunity to learn how to communicate clearly and with confidence.
